Director's Cut brings to you the distinguished and acclaimed Bollywood movies of the recent past with their endowed directors. The event, a sure-shot crowd appealer, will exhibit these famous flicks following which the director will share his perspective of the movie and the memorable moments he enriched during the filming in a brief mutual discussion session with the audience.
Sameer Sharma is an Indian film director who made his directorial debut in the year 2012 with the light hearted comedy film Luv Shuv Tey Chicken Khurana. Sameer Sharma started his film career as an assistant director on films Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge and Dil To Pagal Hai. He has also written the films Swades, Bhoot and Khoya Khoya Chand and the dialogues of the movie Raincoat.
Huma Qureshi is an Indian actress who mainly works in Hindi cinema. She worked as a theatre
actor and model before beginning her film career.
Qureshi made her feature film debut with a supporting role in the 2012 critically acclaimed crime
drama Gangs of Wasseypur - Part 1 and Part 2. Qureshi's performance won wide critical acclaim,
earning several nominations in the Best Supporting Actress and Best Female Debut categor. She
further received critical acclaim for her portrayal of a range of characters, including a witch in the
horror thriller Ek Thi Daayan, a RAW explosives expert in the underworld drama D-Day, and the
promiscuous companion of a Begum in the black comedy thriller Dedh Ishqiya. She is regarded as
one of the most promising newcomers in India.
Kunal Kapoor(born in Mumbai, India) is a leading Indian actor who appears in Hindi cinema. Born
in Mumbai, his father comes from Amritsar, whereas his mother's family belongs to japan. Kunal's
career took off with the critically and commercial acclaimed film Rang De Basanti for which his
performance received a nomination in the Filmfare Best Supporting Actor Award category (2006).
Kapoor began his career as an assistant director on the Amitabh Bachchan starrer Aks. He began
his acting career training under theatre legend Barry John. He continued his theatre career with
Motley, a theater group run by Naseeruddin Shah.
The folk dance competition truly depicts the varied culture and traditions of India. From Gujarat's Garba to Assam's Bihu dance, and from Punjab's Bhangra to Goa's Ghode Modni, the folk dance competition, Roots has been and will continue to add colours to the festival.
Rules & regulations:
1. Teams have to perform one of the following dance forms: Alkap, Bhangra, Bhavai, Bihu, Cheraw (bamboo dance) , Chhau, Dhap, Dumhal, Gambhira,Garba (dandiya), Gaur dance, Ghoomar, Ghumura, Giddha, Gondhal, Jawara,Jhoomer, Kalbelia, Karakattam, Koli, Lavani, Naga dance, Odissi, Padhar, Raas.
2. If team wants to perform a form other than those mentioned above, they are required to contact the coordinators well in advance.
3. Time Limit: 5-10 minutes.
4. Team size: minimum 6, maximum 12.
5. Costumes and props would be included in the judging criteria.
Judging Criteria:
Choreography, authenticity (costumes, props, stylistic elements, music etc.), energy, stage coverage, synchronization and overall impact.

This Antaragni gives you a platform to flaunt your moves and experience the energy on the dance floor like never before.

ROUND 1: ELIMINATION
1. Participant teams get to perform their prepared street dance sequence.
2. Time limit: 6-10 minutes (length of music track).

According to the elimination round, the first ranked team will go on battle with the third ranked team and the second ranked with the fourth.
3. Each battle would be of 9 minutes with the two teams performing for 90 seconds alternately.
4. At least 1 team member must occupy the stage during the performance of respective teams.
5. It is strictly notified that the face-off is a hip-hop battle and deviation from hip-hop might result in negative marking.
6. Division of a team’s performance time amongst all team members is expected and will be included in the judging criteria.
